  • Do Property Websites Expire?
    Our Standard Property websites do not expire and we host the media associated with the address forever - at no additional cost to you! This means you will always have access to the media even after a listing has gone off market and enables you to use the media and/or property websites for your marketing, website, socials, or even at a listing agreement to show a new client how you would market their home! Please note: Custom URLs expire 365 days after they were purchased but they can be renewed for a small charge
  • What usage rights do I have for the media with my purchase?
    For residential real estate agents, when you purchase our media services, we grant you permanent and non-transferable usage rights to the media we create specifically for you. This means that you have the freedom to use the media for your listing, personal brand/marketing, or on social media platforms. However, it is important to note that you are not allowed to sell, give, or transfer the media to others without obtaining our explicit written permission. If a third party expresses interest in purchasing or using the media, they must reach out to Lumiful Media directly. Lumiful Media retains the copyright ownership of all the media we produce. Rest assured, we are committed to protecting your rights and ensuring that our media is used appropriately and in accordance with the agreed terms. Unlike many other companies that restrict media usage solely during the active listing period, we go the extra mile to provide you with significantly extended usage rights compared to our competitors. You are allowed to: Utilize the media for your MLS listing. Display the media on popular platforms like Zillow or Realtor.com. Incorporate the media into your personal or business social media accounts. Provide the media to a graphic designer to create a flyer for your listing. Feature the media in an end-of-year social media post highlighting the homes you sold throughout the year. Reuse the photos if a home goes off the market and then returns, as long as you remain the listing agent. (Note: Certain MLS policies may require retaking photos after a specific timeframe. Consult your respective MLS board for their policies, rules, or guidelines.) Offer the photos to the homeowner for personal keepsake or memory purposes. You are not permitted to: Give, sell, or transfer the media to other home-services providers such as roofing companies, cleaning services, stagers, window companies, or others. Give, sell, or transfer the media to another real estate agent, including the buyer's agent, even if you are no longer the listing agent. Give, sell, or transfer the media to the buyer of the home. Give, sell, or transfer the media to homeowners who intend to use it for renting or any commercial purpose. Sell the media to anyone. Claim the media as your own production. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure proper usage of the media.
  • What is Lumiful's Price Match Policy?
    The concept of value involves experiencing satisfaction from paying a fair price while not compromising on quality, style, or overall experience. Our priority is to make marketing their listings easier by providing our customers with excellent deals wherever and whenever they want. Price Match Guarantee We will match the price for any service if you find an identical service quoted for less from one of our approved vendors. Guidelines and Limitations The price of the service must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and availability of the service. If we cannot verify a lower price, we may decline the request. The service must be identical in number of photos, length of video, or of comparable quality. When price matching, please have a valid quote ready from the vendor. This can be in the form of a digital ad, approved vendor's website, or custom quote emailed or send to you through other platforms.
  • Can I split one photoshoot into two visits?
    We would be happy to make multiple trips to the same property but we would have to bill $100 for the additional trip. As a professional photography service, our time is valuable and we can not block time on our schedule that is not accounted for.
  • What are the appointment changes, cancellations, and no-show policies?
    If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to our appointment. Call us so we can work with you to reschedule a session. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, there is a $150 fee. Cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment has a full-price fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling but cancellation fees must be paid in full before a new date will be scheduled.
  • What are business hours?
    Our office hours are seasonal as we depend on daylight to execute our work. We are available on the weekends as well.
  • How do I purchase a custom domain for my property website?
    Custom URL's can be purchased from the agent portal as soon as a listing is created for the order. You have two options for when the custom URL can be purchased: You can wait until the media is delivered back to you and then navigate to the listing page and purchase the custom URL. To do this you will have to create an Aryeo account if you have not already done so. A link to access this will be in the email with your final media. If you need your custom URL before the time of media delivery, just give us a call or send us a message.
  • What is the Custom URL?
    The custom URL is an add-on that can be added to any property which changes the URL of the property website that we provide for you. For example, to access your property website, your custom URL may look like 123MainStreet.com. Some of the benefits of the Custom URL include: Direct link straight to that property. Instead of having to explain to a potential buyer all the steps to get to that property, just tell them the URL over the phone or in a text message. Professional Appearance. By having the Custom URL you essentially have a single page website just for that particular listing. It looks a lot cleaner to have the URL just be the address instead of the long link like below. Get more listings. Show off the Custom URL in your listing presentations to help you get more business!
  • Are garages included in 3D Matterport Virtual Tours and floor plans?
    Our floor plan renderings automatically include attached garages as part of the design. However, it's important to note that when calculating the GLA (gross living area), garage spaces are not considered. If the garage is detached or you would like to include an ADU in the tour, there is a $50 fee to add this to your Virtual Tour. If you would like a garage excluded in your floor plan, let us know.
  • What if I want just one drone photo?
    We have designed our drone package to appeal to the vast majority of clients. We include a number of images at the same cost as we would charge for one image in order to provide a variety of options for you to choose from. You are welcome to use any or all of the images we provide.
  • When is the best time of day to fly?
    Our usual suggestion is to fly during the "golden hour," which refers to the period just before sunset and just after sunrise. During this time, the light is gentler, more inviting, and positioned lower in the sky, resulting in a flattering blend that can create more striking outcomes than other times of the day.
  • Will I have the 3D Matterport Virtual Tour forever?
    Your 3D Matterport Virtual Tour will be kept 'live" and online for 6 months. After this time, we are forced to archive it in our Matterport account. They do not get deleted and can be activated for another 6 months for a fee of $30.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule?
    For the best chance of getting your preferred time, we strongly suggest reaching out to us at least 1-2 weeks prior to that date. Properties that require additional services, additional travel time, or are larger than 3000 sq. ft. may require additional notice so we can plan accordingly. Also, keep in mind the peak seasons tend to book appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. We made our booking process simple for you, so please book as early as possible!
  • What do I need to do before the photographer arrives?
    On the day of your photoshoot, we emphasize that before we arrive, the property should be in "Photo-Ready" condition. In other words, we expect the following: The property has been cleaned The property is clutter free Our team has immediate access to the property at the time of the appointment Any staging has been completed Any construction has been completed in the areas to be photographed Failure to comply will result in less appealing photo outcomes. Suppose we have to reschedule an appointment because the property's condition is not suitable for receiving our team (such as on-site construction, crowded environment, or obstructive areas). In that case, there will be a $100 fee.
  • Do I need to be there for the photo shoot?
    Your presence during the real estate photo shoot is not mandatory. Some agents choose to meet us at the property and then leave us to complete the shoot and lock up, while others are comfortable providing us with the lockbox code. However, we strongly recommend that no one is present during the photo shoot as it will ensure a more efficient process. Our goal is to avoid any unintended appearances, such as someone accidentally being visible in a window of a drone photo or their reflection appearing in an appliance. Ultimately, our aim is to achieve the best possible results and ensure a smooth and hassle-free photo shoot.
  • How do I download my media?
    Your media will be delivered through Aryeo, a user-friendly platform to manage all your media files in one place. You will be able to download all your content from here when full payment is received. When you download photos, you will be given 2 options: Print Quality and Web/MLS Quality Images. The more pixels in an image, the more detailed it will be. We create photos in the optimal resolution and size to display your house in its best light. Aryeo compresses the print-quality images down to a size that is compatible with your MLS system (2048x1536). Download the "Print Quality" Images to view the photos in their original resolution.
